quorum was not met and the chair moved into executive remarks.

a. During senate remarks a motion was made by President Pro Tempore
Johnson to have a meeting Thursday at 5 p.m. however it was not seconded.
Adjourn
a. Parliamentarian Carlson made a motion to adjourn and was seconded by
Senator Arnold.
