Jonathan C. Bennie, Cincinnati Real Estate Lawyer, Appointed to City of
Cincinnati Zoning Board of Appeals
The law firm of Barron, Peck Bennie & Schlemmer, Co. LPA (BPBS) is pleased to
announce that Jonathan C. Bennie has been appointed to a three-year term on the City of
Cincinnati Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
Jonathan is an active in the Cincinnati community and volunteers his time and talents
with a number of local non-profits. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate and
business law and has been named an Ohio Rising Star for 2014 and 2015.
The ZBA hears all appeals arising out of the Cincinnati Zoning Code, including appeals
from decisions of the Zoning Hearing Examiner, Historic Conservation Board, and City
Planning Commission.
