The programme will adopt a systematic approach to training and will include the following disciplines / roles; Human Performance Engineering, Curriculum Development, development and use of Advanced Simulation Products / Training Aids, Courseware development, Training and Education delivery and Trainee management. Specific Job Description: The successful candidate will require a working knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and conversant with Nuclear power generation training. The selected candidate will join the Global Training Services team as the Quality Assurance lead analyst overseeing the quality assurance of the SAT Documentation to verify and validate against the training standards. Additionally, the quality assurance requires a working knowledge of the nuclear industry standards and practices. They will be required to review and ensure quality and accuracy of the course content. Responsibilities include developing and implementing program quality plans, programs, and procedures. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and nuclear regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to training standards. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces training development team customer, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications Required Skills: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience in supporting Nuclear systems training development. Experience in Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) processes, training and experience is a plus. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, proven experience in a similar role. Experience working in domestic or international nuclear energy domains. Experience in design and development of training solutions. Previous experience in designing training solutions in the nuclear energy domain is highly desirable.
