Description of Business Environment:
The Technical Project Manager will act as the in-country LM Lead for the Israel
Move-to-the-South (M2S) Programme. They will work closely with the IS&GS Israel
Managing Director and M2S Capture Manager to support capture/proposal activities for
M2S with focus on user requirements, execution readiness and risk/opportunity
management.
Specific Job Description:
 Represent LM ISRAEL cyber interests with the other members of the Global Cyber
Security Practice
 Oversee operational aspects of the ISRAEL Cyber Security Practice in accordance
with direction from IS&GS Israel Managing Director and the head of the Global Cyber
Security Practice.
 Primary senior technical management interface for all Cyber program and customer
facing activities.
 Ensures compliance with policies and standards, and communicates organizational
goals and objectives to all personnel.
 Interface with other LM business areas within and outside LM ISRAEL to support
corporate objectives.
 Authority
 Authority to request funds to support ISRAEL Cyber Security Practice including
overhead/indirect, NBAE, and direct contract investment.
 Authority to commit resources provided through LM Managing Director and Global
Cyber Security Practice, personnel and other, to ISRAEL cyber programs and to
support funded new business opportunities to support client requirements
 Accountability
 Accountable to LMISRAEL Managing Director to meet all mutually agreed business
objectives
 Accountable to Senior Manager Global Cyber Security Practice to meet all strategic
growth and customer satisfaction requirements
 Accountable to LMISRAEL cyber customers to ensure program commitments are
achieved.

Accountable to LMISRAEL Cyber Practice staff and supporting personnel to ensure
all job resource requirements are met and appropriate performance feedback is
delivered in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
 Experience leading technical teams implementing, delivering, and/or operating
enterprise IT systems.
 Working knowledge of IDF IT systems, procedures, and organizations
 Excellent Hebrew written/oral communicating skills; Functional English written/oral
communicating skills
 Technical Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
 Previous relevant job experience
Desired Skills:
 Understanding of system engineering methodologies and their application to IT
projects
 Experience working/using IT service-based delivery models
 Degree or formal training in program management, business management, and/or
technical project management.
Standard Job Description:
Manages technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and
risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for
coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance
assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Ensures
analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design,
fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Directs the logical
and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems
solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Manages the
functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and
interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and
software specifications.
Typical Minimum Education & Experience:
Ideally require Bachelors degree from an accredited college and capability typically
achieved through extensive professional experience. Will also consider individuals with
equivalent experience / combined education.
