Full Text Clauses
C-5 (C310) GIDEP Program (Mar 1999) Applicable to all purchase orders/subcontracts
exceeding $500,000.
(a) The subcontractor shall participate in the Government-Industry Data Exchange
Program (GIDEP) under the latest revision of GIDEP Requirements Guide, NAVSEA
S0300-BU-GYD-010. GIDEP is an invaluable tool in the government’s war against
inefficiency, and is limited to participating activities. GIDEP will retain and provide data
and/or reports provided in compliance with this contract on a privileged basis.
Compliance with the provisions of this clause shall not relieve the subcontractor from
complying with other provisions of the contract.
D-1 (D-305) PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY (MAR 1999) Applicable if you will be
making any shipments directly to Government
(a) Supplies shall be prepared for delivery in accordance with ASTM-D-3951, “Standard
Practice for Commercial Packaging”, dated 1 September 1995.
(b) The contractor shall mark all shipments under this contract in accordance with MILSTD-129 “Military Standard Marking for Shipment and Storage.”
D-2 (D-307) PROHIBITED PACKING MATERIALS (DEC 1999) Applicable if you will be
making any shipments directly to Government
The use of asbestos, excelsior, newspaper or shredded paper (all types including waxed paper,
computer paper and similar hydroscopic or non-neutral material) is prohibited. In addition, loose
fill polystyrene and plastic as packing materials are prohibited for items destined for afloat units.
H-22 5252.225-9200 Offshore Procurement of COMSEC Equipment (May 1996)
Applicable to all purchase orders/subcontracts for equipment, assemblies, accessories, or
parts.
Due to the unique sensitivity of Communications Security and to maintain rigid control
over the integrity of COMSEC equipment, no subcontracts or purchase orders which
involve design, manufacture, production, assembly, or test in a location not in the United
States, of equipment, assemblies, accessories, or parts performing cryptographic
functions shall be made under this contract without prior specific approval of the
Contracting Officer. The Contractor further agrees to include this clause in any and all
subcontracts he may let pursuant to this contract for equipment, assemblies, accessories,
or parts.

design development, or operation of a system of records using commercial information
technology services or support services.
52.243-2 ALT I, Changes – Cost Reimbursement (Jul 1985). The basic clause is
already called out in Corpdocs. Alternate I applies if you were awarded a fixed price
incentive contract.
52.243-2 ALT II, Changes – Cost Reimbursement (Apr 1984). The basic clause is
already called out in Corpdocs. Alternate II applies if you will be providing services and
supplies.
52.245-19, Government Property Furnished “As Is” (Apr 1984). Applicable if you
will receive government property furnished to Lockheed Martin on an "as-is" basis.
DFARS Clauses
252.204-7000, Disclosure of Information (Dec 1991). Applicable for all purchase
orders/subcontracts.
252.209-7000, Acquisition from Subcontractors Subject to On-Site Inspection Under
the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty (Nov 1995). Applicable to all
purchase orders/subcontracts of $100,000 or more for noncommercial items.
252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities (Feb 2003). Applicable
for all purchase orders/subcontracts with deliverables.
252.225-7013, Duty-Free Entry (Apr 2003). Applicable if your contract is for:
(i) Qualifying country components; or
(ii) Nonqualifying country components for which the Contractor estimates that
duty will exceed $200 per unit.

252.225-7022, Restriction on Acquisition of Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) Carbon Fiber
(Apr 2003). Applicable if end product furnished under this contract contains
polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers (alternatively referred to as PAN-based carbon fibers or
PAN-based graphite fibers).
252.225-7030, Restriction on Acquisition of Carbon, Alloy, and Armor Steel Plate
(Apr 2003). Applicable to all purchase orders and subcontracts for carbon, alloy, and
armor steel plate in Federal supply class 9515 or described by American Society for
Testing Materials (ASTM) or American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) specifications,
furnished as a deliverable item under the prime contract.
252.227-7036, Declaration of Technical Data Conformity (Jan 1997). Applicable if
you will be delivering data.
252.243-7002, Requests for Equitable Adjustment (Mar 1998). Applies to all
purchase orders/subcontracts over $100,000.
252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report – (Mar 2003). Applicable
if direct shipments will be made to the Government.
252.246-7001, Warranty of Data (Dec 1991) and Alternate I (Dec 1991). The basic
clause is applicable if you were awarded a fixed price contract. Alternate I will also be
applicable to you if your contract is a fixed price incentive contract.
