EXPORT AND DISCLOSURE OF TECHNICAL DATA (Applicable to all purchase
orders/subcontracts and consultant agreements.)
The Performer shall comply with the Arms Export Control Act, (AECA) 22 U.S.C.A. 2778, et.
seq., the Export Administration Act (EAA), 50 U.S.C.A. 2401, et. seq. and the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 120, et. seq., and all other
applicable statutes, regulations, and laws. Further, the Performer shall comply with all licensing
requirements hereunder. The prohibitions under this clause will be applicable to all subcontracts
and consultant agreements.

accomplished through Lockheed Martin. The blank in paragraph (b)(1) is completed with _________.)
