• Review status of departmental postings that are
currently open or on hold in TAMU Jobs
• Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of February
25 deadline and important transition dates
• Support hiring supervisors in their efforts to
complete the hiring process for TAMU Jobs

• Contact your recruitment rep if you need help

• Update PDs before February 25 as appropriate
• Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of
deadlines and important transition dates with
respect to PD actions and effective dates

• The 2013 process has a different evaluation
period (April to May) due to the transition to
PATH and rollout dates.
