Hard Copy Submission Guidelines:
 Delete your name on your first page and in your headers and add your JAC
number in the upper right-hand corner of your first page.
 Print a clean, unmarked copy of your essay in a standard 12-point font.
Check that your citation style is consistent, that your essay has a title, and
that you have included your Works Cited or References page.
 If possible, attach a copy of the essay assignment provided by your professor
as your last page.
 Attach this completed Cover Sheet to your essay. You may submit multiple
essays, but please use a separate cover sheet for each submission.
 If your essay is selected for publication, you will need to provide e-Vision with
an electronic copy. Do remember to save an electronic copy of your essay.
Submit your essay with its attached cover sheet in the e-Vision box in Harrison Hall 2276. You
may also send your essay via campus mail to MSC 2103, or give it to your GWRTC 103 / WRTC
100 instructor. Submissions are due on or before the last day of finals week each semester.
