The 2016-17 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is
available. JMU’s FAFSA Priority Filing date is March 1st, but as long as you meet
the general aid eligibility requirements, you may still submit a FAFSA after this
date. Please view the FAFSA video to learn more about this process at JMU.

Questions about summer school financial aid can be answered by viewing the
Summer School Video and other materials on the Summer Financial Aid section of
our website.

All financial aid disbursements will be stopped between June 13 and July 1 while
JMU completes fiscal end-of-year reconciliation. Students will not be able to
receive any financial aid refunds during this timeframe.

