Project Schedule Alignment Document

FOR USE WHEN:

This document must be issued by the Integrated PM following completion of each of the following
three milestones: Connection Proposal, PPS, and P&L.

The purpose of this letter is to re-baseline the Project schedule after completion of each of the three
major milestones listed above. The AESO Project Coordinator will update the AESO Project schedule
upon receipt of the Project Schedule Alignment document.

If this schedule alignment activity results in an In Service Date change, a Change Proposal Form
must be completed.
REQUIRED SIGNATURES/APPROVALS:

The Integrated PM must coordinate sign-off with the AESO, TFO, and the Market Participant.
