Title I, Part A. Comparability Respondent Information Form
Superintendents must appoint one person to be responsible for verifying and submitting the
District’s Title I, Part A, Comparability data through the Automated Data Exchange.
Information Management Services at CDE will assign a unique user login code and
password to the person identified below, who will be responsible for submitting school and
district level comparability data for 2015-2016. If your previously assigned respondent
is continuing in this capacity, you do not have to complete this form.
