MPF State Work Plan
The MPF State Work Plan is designed to assist the Moving Pathways Forward project state team in implementing activities to strengthen the state’s career
pathways state system. This document contains information for the MPF state team to use in planning the activities that they will conduct to strengthen the
state’s career pathways state system. The sections of the Work Plan and directions for completing each section are the following:
1. List of MPF State Team State Members. List the names of the state’s MPF team members and their agencies. If the state has a MPF working group or core
team that is a subset of the state’s overall career pathways team, list the working group members.
2. MPF State Priority Components: Each state participating in MPF Virtual Technical Assistance has been asked to identify one of the career pathways state
system components to strengthen during the MPF project. The components include:

3. Work Plan for Career Pathways State System Strengthening: For the component of a state career pathways system that is a priority for the state, list the:
following information on the table below.
a) Expected outcomes from the state team’s work on the component;
b) Activities that will be conducted to strengthen the state system component and facilitate attainment of the expected outcomes. Use 1 row for each
activity. Add additional rows as needed;
c) Lead person or agency responsible for the activities for each component;
d) Timeline for each activity in terms of month and year each activity is scheduled to begin, and month and year each activity is expected to conclude;
e) Evidence of Success: List the information or data that the state tem will examine to determine if their work on strengthening the career pathways state
