In his current role Dale is responsible for directing the company’s creditrelated systems initiatives and data quality management and reporting efforts.
He has also had responsibility for regulator communication and coordination,
credit review, credit policy development, credit training, and several other
key projects.
Prior to joining Zions Bancorporation in 2010, Dale spent 9 years with Wells Fargo as a Risk
Management Manager in corporate credit, a commercial lender, and a retail banker. During his
time in corporate credit he was involved in the oversight and management of credit policies,
specialty lending, and the bank’s Wealth, Brokerage, and Retirement Services division, with
specific oversight of the ultra-high net worth segment.
Dale is a graduate of Brigham Young University – Idaho and Wells Fargo’s Credit Management
Training Program.
