1st question,
a. My first answer applies to questions 1&2. I am taxed on my
paycheck every week,car registration,car insurance,telephone
service,electric service, water service,gasoline,toilet paper,would
have tax on property but don't own any, shoes for my feet,clothes for
my body, corrective glasses, furniture for my home,when I die (
inheritance tax) etc..etc... Do I need to
continue? WE ARE TAXED TO DEATH!!!
The difference is the tax on your
income is illegal!!
b. If two IRS agents do your returns separately, they will not
guarantee they come up with the same result. What kind of crap is that?
2nd question
a. Does the saying the rich get richer and the poor get poorer
ring a bell. The only legal form of taxation is the constitutional
type. the IRS claims amendment 16 gives them the right. Well I guess we
can all just ignore the Supreme Court of The united States, because
they ruled in BRUSHABER vs. STANTON that the 16th amendment gives the
government no new taxation power besides constitutional indirect tax as
needed to pay for an outstanding debt. which means I pay 5% Donald
Trump pays 5%.
b. Besides this ruling the court ruled in GREGORY vs. HELVERING
that the American Citizen has the right to reduce or all together avoid
paying taxes as they see fit. Again the the court is ignored.
c.
Also in the constitution under article one is the right to
redress
before payment of taxes which means if you do not agree with the gov't
course of action you may hold your taxes until the gov't responds
properly.
d. The IRS was NOT created by congress as required to function as
gov't entity. It was created by a Treasury secretary and the home
office is in Puerto rico outside the fifty UNITED STATES.

Ronald Reagan had a panel conduct a study as to WHERE THE TAX
MONEY
GOES? Imagine our surprise 2% to run the gov't, 18% to run the
military, 80% to the WORLD BANK TO GIVE LOANS TO POOR COUNTRIES THEN
JACK UP INTEREST RATES SO THEY CAN'T PAY AND THEN FORECLOSE ON THEIR
COUNTRY AND CLAIM OWNERSHIP. THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA IN
1938!!!! THINK I AM LYING LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELVES AND THEN DO
SOMETHING ABOUT INSTEAD OF
TURNING A DEAF EAR!!!
f. The IRS refuses along with politicians to answer the one most
important question what law requires the American public to pay taxes??
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WE ARE HEADING FOR COLLAPSE AND OR CIVIL WAR.
SINCE WHEN DID WE BECOME A COMMUNIST SOCIETY WHERE THE GOV'T NOW
INSTEAD OF SERVING THE PEOPLE NOW CONTROL THE PEOPLE. AND ARE SILENCING
THEM EVERYDAY.
g. SPECIAL AGENT JOSEPH BANISTER 10yr special investigator with the
IRS finally decides to look up the law that some people tell him does
not exist,so after much research he finds those few crazy people are
correct. so being a good honest employee he brings it to his immediate
supervisor for which his reply is I will expect your resignation on my
desk in the morning. the same story with other exIRS employees that
have come forward in the name of truth. fired and threatened. Its time
to tell the truth.
3rd question
a. Want to go to jail?don't pay taxes even though no law exists
and the IRS code book states you are not liable to pay. HOW CAN YOU PUT
PEOPLE IN JAIL WITHOUT PROVIDING A LAW!!
4th question
a. Bring out the truth! obey the constitution or just shoot
another hole in the fabric of the American Flag and ignore the truth
like other politicians minus Ron Paul God bless him for fighting so
hard to bring the truth to light
