Revocation of SOLA Amendment Notice
Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 5 of the
Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (SI 1986/1510) (as amended) and of all other powers
enabling them in that behalf, the Secretary of State, and the Scottish Ministers (as regards
Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers and the Secretary of State (acting jointly as regards
Wales) have:
Revoked, with immediate effect, the amending Notice of Approval Numbers in
respect of the products listed in the Schedule below.

EXPLANATORY NOTES
This revocation notice rescinds the SOLA Amendment Notice published on 30 June 2009
only for the listed products to remove the Other Specific Restriction ‘A maximum total dose
of 2.6kg chloridazon/hectare may only be applied every third year on the same field.’ to allow
existing stocks of the products to be safely used up.
