Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 13(5) and (6) of the Plant Protection Products
Regulations 2005 (S.I.2005/1435) (‘PPPR’) and the Secretary of State, acting on his own behalf and as agent for the Scottish Ministers and the Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by regulations 5 and 6 of the Plant Protection
Products (Basic Conditions) Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/189) (‘BCR’) have:
Revoked approval with effect from 31 January 2011, for the off-label use of the named product on the crop shown in respect of the Notice of Approval

This revocation Notice has been issued following a new evaluation of the product at re-registration which indicates that existing use on Evening Primrose must cease on
31/01/2011 to ensure that current MRLs are not exceeded. This revocation applies only to the off-label approval number detailed in this Notice.
