Every Friday for the foreseeable future current events will be due (in your binders). Each
week you are required to turn in an article and a summary, or a political cartoon and
analysis of that cartoon. No more than two articles per category and you must print out the
article if it is from the internet or cut out the article if it is from the newspaper. You must
do the same with your political cartoon. It will not be given a grade with out a printout.
Make sure that your articles are in the proper category, points will be deducted if they are
not properly identified. Each article/ cartoon is worth ten points. I suggest you place this
page in front of your current event/cartoon section in your binders to help you (and I) keep
track.
