•Frame of Reference or Perceptual Screen (PR)—the
second major component of the Model of Communication
•PS is how I/you look at the world as individuals
•Basically the study of perception shows that we all see
differently. Why?
•Sexually orientation? Age? Culture? Self Concept? Etc.
Three Principles of Perception

3. Interpretation
