Corrected many written wet bench tests:
General, GaAs, metal, diffusion, nonmetal, silicide and multi-wet bench
Gary Yama and I measured the filmstress of a LTO wafer using our SMSi
3800 system and we calculated the stress using the equation on the Mac.
Turns out the numbers are very close that means we can trust the SMSi
3800.
