Relationships with Industry
UMMS faculty often interact with pharmaceutical, device,
and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, and
develop new therapies. UMMS faculty disclose these
relationships in order to promote an ethical & transparent
culture in research, clinical care, and teaching.
• I consult with COMPANY about TOPIC.
• I am the PI on three COMPANY sponsored studies about
the use of AGENT to treat DISEASE.
• I am a founder of COMPANY, which supports my animal
research through a subcontract on an NIH STTR grant.
