Two recipients will be awarded $750.
Eligibility
1. Enrolled in minimum of six credit hours in the
2015 Fall term at UNF.
2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
3. Must be an active Senator.
4. Volunteered a minimum of 10 hours at Student
Government sponsored events/programs over
their elected term.
5. Receives no other Student Government
scholarship.
6. Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress
(SAP)

the following four questions:
a. Why did you run for a Senate seat in Student
Government?
b. What does service mean to you?
c. How will you serve the students?
d. How will you lead in Senate and on campus?
3. Submit this form with all attachments to the
Student Government Business & Accounting
Office, Building 58E, Room 3409 by 5:00 p.m.,
Friday, November 20th, 2015.

The Student Government Scholarship Committee will review all applications. All information asked above will be taken
into consideration. Scholarships are limited and the Student Government Scholarship Committee decisions are final. The
decision for all awards will be left to the judgment of the Student Government Scholarship Committee. No disputes are
permitted. All applicants will be notified in writing after the Student Government Scholarship Committee meets. This
