Credit Transfer
Submission of Overseas University Transcript & Transfer of Credits

If you do not receive your transcript after the expected date, please contact the partner
University.
Note: Transcript will usually be sent by Partner University to NUS Registrar’s Office. It will then be sent
to FoE Office of Undergraduate Programmes and you will be notified to collect. To expedite your credit
transfer, you can seek PU to mail an extra copy to you.

Upon receipt of your transcript, submit it to the Department of Civil & Environmental
Engineering. Please do not submit photocopy or via email. The Department will make a
certified copy if necessary.

Note that there may be a delay in promotion/graduation if the above document is submitted
less than one and a half months before the examination period at NUS.

If there are changes to your SEP study plans while you are overseas, please bring the
approval documents/emails. Without approval for the module mapping(s), credits for the SEP
module(s) will not be transferred.
