Speech-Language Pathology at Ithaca College Anticipated Graduate Course Sequence Fall 1 Graduate students may major in either Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Teaching Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD). TSSLD is the more flexible degree, allowing the clinician to work in educational or medical settings. The SLP major requires 52 credits. The TSSLD major requires 54 credits. To be considered full-time, graduate students must take a minimum of 9 credits during the academic year and a minimum of 6 credits during the summer.
