 Tenure-Track faculty: annually
 Non-Tenure-Track faculty: annually for first six years of service. Every three years thereafter.
 Tenured faculty: every three years after Tenure and/or Promotion, allowing for promotion and Post-tenure
reviews to serve as the faculty evaluation for that given academic year.
