Application must be TYPED.
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a current deserving
4-H member who has evidenced scholarly achievement and leadership ability.
Criteria:
1. Current active member of a Boone County 4-H club for a period of 4 years.
2. A graduating senior accepted as a full-time student at any accredited college,
university, or technical school, regardless of major.
3. Financial need not a criterion.
4. Payment to the school after matriculation.
