Registration - report from Dennis Schroeder's team (do we need training on Mon 8/24?)
Preview the video to play during registration process (19 minutes long) Diana & Par
Who will be the MC?
Will there be a raffle?
Tour: Update from Jax & Mark about tour
Food: snacks for volunteers in the morning (juice & muffins)
snacks (water bottle & granola bar in a bag) for students when they register
water bottles for everyone during the 11:20 break
lunch + ice cream bars for everyone (when/how should we give out lunch tickets?)
Workshops:
30 min Student Success (counseling dept)
15 min LACCD Student Email (presentation by Rod)
15 min Financial Aid "Next Steps" video (is it done?)
Faculty/dept. tables on quad? (Requests from Gina and Par)

B. Outreach/Publicity/Flyers - requested to put in Weekly Mission and on marquee
order posters - where should they be placed? - other print orders

F. Student Services: Student Success workshop, reps at each area for tours
G. Academic Affairs: Faculty tables, volunteers for student questions panel
