Step 1.
Formula for Full-time Faculty who teach hourly = 0.5 hours x number of full time faculty
supervised and/or evaluated.
Step 2.
Formula for Adjunct Faculty = 2.5 hours x the number of adjunct faculty supervised (for off
campus classes use 3.5 hours and an asterisk *).
Step 3.
Combine the amounts in Steps 1 and 2 and round off to the closest hour.
