Form submission online to the Culinary Arts Institute Catering
Program Department becomes a binding contract of payment
for services. Please attach 50% (or 100%) of the total estimated
cost 10 days prior to the event. If account is being used, please
provide complete account number. Any balance is due on the
event date unless other arrangements have been made.
Additional $50 will be charged for emergency, same-day
requests or same-day change of existing request.
