Is there a Creator? How would Physics or Natural Philosophy answer?

A brief abstract:
The question of a Creator has preoccupied mankind since pre-history
and one wonders what new answer there might be, if at all. Physics or
Natural Philosophy as it is sometimes known, has drawn attention to it.
The author would present his views on this question, based on these
concepts: 1) Big bang cosmology 2) the unique properties of light
which govern the universe 3) the manner in which vacuum, "nothing"
is described by physics and 4) the finely tuned values for Fundamental
Physical constants which govern all things in the universe. At the minimum,
we can all benefit from a thought provoking enquiry, even though none
of this addresses the question of religion.
