Ithaca College Peer Advisors
As part of the application process, we ask that you respond to a few short answer questions.
Answer the following questions thoughtfully, concisely, and accurately. Please compile your
responses in a typed document to be submitted electronically no later than 5PM, ON TUESDAY,
FEBRUARY 1ST. Please send the application to businesspeeradvisors@ithaca.edu. An interview
will follow the review of your application.

a. Name
b. Major/Concentration
c. Minor(If applicable)
d. Expected Graduation Date
e. Current Cumulative GPA
2. From your experience with your Peer Advisor, what inspires you to take on the same role?
3. What stands out to you about the Peer Advisor organization compared to other
organizations in the School of Business?
4. What are two personal goals you would set for yourself as a Peer Advisor?
5. Define yourself according to the following terms: dedication, commitment and teamwork.
Please provide an example of a situation where you exemplified each attribute.
6. Creatively express who you are as an individual. Possible ideas could include pictures or
recommendations (from a teacher, family member, friend, boss, coach, etc).
