Outdoor Equipment Needed: Yes No List items needed: (tables, chairs, trashcans, tents, extension cords, spider box, etc.) Outdoor Events Disclaimer: Groups using outdoor tables, chairs, or trashcans must check out a key from the Events Office at 321 N. Spring Ave. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm to unlock equipment. After the event, groups must lock the equipment and leave chained in the original location. If the equipment is not locked accordingly and equipment goes missing a fee will be charged. Unreturned lock keys will be subject to a $25 fine. Tents & all outdoor equipment will only be set upon the discretion of Events & Distribution Services. If inclement weather conditions are forecasted, your equipment may not be set. Distribution Services will only setup the tents, but will drop off the tables, chairs, & trashcans. It is the group’s responsibility to set up the tables, chairs, and trashcans. Parking Complimentary Garage Parking: no charge for qualifying events. Contact your Events Representative for questions. Garage Parking: attendees to pay $2/hour upon exit. Option for events with many external attendees & only valid if event ends prior to 3 pm Monday – Friday. Pre-Paid Parking: $100.00 (51-150 attendees) $600.00 (551-750 attendees) $250.00 (151-350 attendees) $750.00 (751 + attendees) $475.00 (351-550 attendees) Option for events with many external attendees OR for events on the weekends or evenings. Parking Disclaimer: All parking requests must be made through Events. Events will communicate with Parking & Card Services to discuss all parking requests. Laclede Garage may not be used for event parking for events expecting more than 50 people and for events before 5 pm Monday – Friday. Space fees are only required for co-sponsored and external events. All student events must be approved by Student Involvement Center prior to Events reserving the space. Space fees must be paid at the time reservations are confirmed. IDOs must be completed with the proper account numbers and sent to the Events Office. Events reserves the right to cancel this reservation if it conflicts in any way with the general policy of the University regarding special events. Events reserves the right to change reservations to other rooms with the understanding that, if possible, comparable facilities will be provided when change is necessary. All stage reservations acquired from Saint Louis University or any outside vendor are required to have stage rails installed for the duration of the event.
