I think this is a fantastic idea. It would be wonderful to see Trinity increase its part in helping the environment. :) Trinity should become a sustainable campus in order to help reduce the effects of global warming. Yessss guys, but you should also have a reflexion on what sustainability means for you :) A wonderful idea, behind it 100%! There should be signs reminding us to turn out the lights when we leave a classroom if no other class is coming in. Good luck with this! hope for student involvement Woo sustainability! I think it’s a wonderful idea - more than an idea - let's put this into action please! Strong yes for all questions. Sustainability is very important in general for everyone and should be promoted in Trinity. Sustainability is essential. Otherwise life is not sustainable. Sustainability and environmental awareness is an active hand on task. Joining networks are just ways to bury the task in bureaucracy and feel as if new are making a difference. Act. It's simple. Trinity is insufficiently eco-friendly. Let's fix it independently It's crucial in this day and age 6 Why do we still not have composting facilities for student accommodation? A huge amount of biodegradable material from residences on campus, in Goldsmith Hall and Trinity Hall is still being thrown into the general waste/grey bins, when it could very easily be composted, possibly then used for flower beds to brighten up the campus. We need to do this to join the ranks of leading universities in the field of ecoawareness, "green-ness", etc. Would be smthn to be proud of Trinity for accomplishing I would not like to be part of the office but I would co-operate with their plans I think that raising awareness of sustainability and co-operation between other universities is an excellent idea. I fully support investment in rainwater harvesting systems - (for use in toilets)/Solar panels/Wind turbines for the college. Would very much be interested in seeing Trinity becoming a sustainable campus. Sustainability is ESSENTIAL and THE BEST!!!!111 I see a lot of lights left on in empty rooms in the museum building at night This is a very important worldwide issue that Trinity cannot afford to fall behind on. Thanks This is an enormous waste of time and resources. It is not even that great PR anymore. Please hire more professors, or promote more out of their adjunct status. This is a university, not a time-wastey mctimewasterson. Money would be better spent on student welfare. We need to encourage brown bins; food waste is such a huge contaminant of green and brown bins. 7
