The following list includes all submission dates to the Office of the Provost & Vice President for Educational
Affairs, and is subject to change and addition.
Academic Policies Committee –PLEASE NOTE
In order to organize the work of the APC, please submit all new and substantially revised programs by December
1; include all course proposals in support of these changes. All other proposals received by December 1 are
guaranteed to be reviewed/considered by APC before the end of the academic year. For inclusion in the 20162017 Undergraduate Catalog, proposals must be approved at or before the last full APC meeting of the spring
semester. Any items requiring review by the Committee for College-wide Requirements (CCR), including course
designations for new courses and any program revisions related to the Integrative Core Curriculum (ICC), should
be submitted to the CCR two weeks prior to the APC deadlines.
