Josiah addresses committee: call to action, not a lot of vitality, stagnant. Tells freshman on boat tours who are always on their phone (who have never heard of us,) to Like us on Social media. Noticeable spike. High turn over of students, maybe a constructive meeting for new set of members would make things run smoother.
