Time entry may only be made once the PCR has been processed and entered into the SAP HR System. Direct Deposit (ACH) - Employees will receive their automatic bank deposit on 12/31/2015, the same as other pay dates. 2. Paper Checks – Employees have two options to choose from: a. Pay checks may be mailed - All employees requesting their pay checks be mailed for this period only, must send a written request to the Payroll and Tax Compliance Office, or via email to: payroll@txstate.edu b. All remaining Pay Checks will be available on January 4, 2016 when the University Reopens for Business. ****Due to Spring Break Week, March 14-18 2016, Students, Hourly and Non-student Non-regular (NSNR) Employees will be paid for hours worked February 16 – 29 on March 11, 2016.
