Research Interests My research interests in neurophysiology encompass the development of a mathematical theory of rate processes as applied to the membrane currents of excitable cells. I have designed equations from the assumption that the proportionality coefficient of an elemental process is not a rate constant but changes exponentially with the independent variable.
