This questionnaire is designed to record students' views on their course as a whole. The information
collected will be used to help your School or Faculty to identify its strengths and weaknesses and to
review its teaching in the light of its students' experiences.
The questionnaire is based upon what students themselves have said are important elements in effective
teaching and learning. Your replies will be entirely confidential and all data will be used anonymously
and solely for the purpose of improving teaching. A summary of the information collected will be
made available to students as part of your School/Faculty's system of student feedback.
It is therefore extremely important that we have your opinions, but we hope that completing the
questionnaire will also help you to reflect on your own experience at the end of your course.
Please answer all the questions that apply to you by ticking the category which best reflects you view.
Overleaf there is the opportunity for you to provide feedback in your own words.
