Refresh with GRAPEFRUIT this winter!
Get a boost on your Vitamin C intake while enjoying a refreshing seasonal
fruit this winter. There are many reasons to enjoy grapefruit during the winter
months, the best being simply for its juicy refreshment. Red and pink grapefruit
also provide a good source of lycopene, an antioxidant shown to be helpful in
prostate cancer prevention.
