 You may use a 1-page 8.5 by 11 inch handwritten cheat-sheet or add to the formula sheet.
Write whatever you want. Both sides may be used.
 Pencil must be used to take the exam.
 The exam will cover 12.1, 12.2, 12.5, 12.6, 13.1, 13.2, 13.5 & 14.1.
