What is the aim of this research?
The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences, needs, attitudes and behaviours of
POPULATION CATEGORY BEING STUDIED. The study will focus particularly on DETAIL OF

If I take part in this research, what will be involved?
We will be conducting RESEARCH METHOD during DATES FROM/TO. The RESEARCH METHOD will
take approximately TIME and would be conducted at your home, workplace or another location if you
prefer, at a date and time that is convenient to you. To ensure your safety, all our researchers carry

findings from this study, but no individual will be identifiable in published results of the research.

Over the next few weeks, someone from RESEARCH TEAM may contact you by telephone to ask if you
would like to take part and, if so, ask you a few questions about yourself. We need to make sure that a
cross-section of people with different experiences are included in the study and for this reason we
cannot guarantee that we will see everyone who volunteers to take part, although we would hope to
