International Study Program Scholarship

UW College of Business majors are invited to apply for the UW International Programs/College of Business and
Pforzheim University School of Business and Law International Study Program Scholarship! This scholarship supports
expenses for one semester of study (usually Spring semester) at Pforzheim university, except UW Tuition and Fees, up to
$5,000.
Eligibility and Criteria:
 Students must apply to participate in the Pforzheim – UW Exchange through the Study Abroad Office in
International Programs.
 Students must be Junior or Senior status by the date of attending Phorzheim.
 Students must have a declared major in any of the following: Accounting, Business Administration, Business
Economics, Economics, Finance, Management, or Marketing.
 Students should be near completion of Advanced Business Standing requirements in their major (Economics
majors excepted)

Attach a letter of interest no longer than one page to this application form. The letter of interest should indicate your
qualifications, the area of concentration you are interested in studying in Pforzheim (see their information brochure and
website for concentrations available), and how you will benefit professional from the experience.
Have two references send short letters separately to the email address below. These two references should be familiar
with your academic work (professors or academic advisors), and they should address your academic qualifications and
interest in international work, as well as how this opportunity will be beneficial to you academically.
The application and letter of interest should be sent as ONE electronic .doc, .docx, or .pdf file and emailed to:
