Club leaders shall make all entries for their club, using a separate entry form for each of the following, Horse, Swine, Sheep, Beef, Goats and Dairy
Classes. Be sure to indicate appropriate class numbers. Complete the class numbers from those in the premium book. Include Showmanship and
horse/livestock judging as classes. Enter presentations on separate entry form stating Monday or Tuesday as preferred day.
Entries must be in the 4-H Office, 10507 N. McAlister Rd, Rm 9, La Grande, OR 97850 by July 15th
Record books are required for state fair participation, special contests or awards and should be complete up to July 15, do not enclose records.
Registration numbers of animals should be included when required for special breed awards or contests. GOATS MUST BE TAGGED FOR SCRAPIE.
