Approve Minutes
Dec 6 minutes were approved with changes.
Cathy and Hector
Cathy and Hector shared the success of the Contribute Pilot Project and asked the committee to
support Contribute and make a recommendation to the IPC for the use of Contribute.
Hector offers Contribute training courses from 10:30 – 12noon on Fridays.
The Committee expressed concern about access, who should have Contribute, and how will site
licenses would be purchased. Joseph and Cathy will work together to establish cost and need.
Members agreed that Contribute should be the standard tool that COM provides for post-edits to
the COM web site.
Charge/Program Review Template and Summary of Dec 6 Meeting
The Committee reviewed the purpose of revisiting the Tech Plan. The Committee worked on Goal
3, presented by Frank. Discussion followed.
Spring Meetings
The spring schedule was agreed upon.
