3) Call Center Manager
• $60K-$70K
• Hospitality industry in Sedona
• Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree Business Management or equivalent
o 4-6 years experience managing an inbound call center of 20+ in a service industry
o Technically savvy, sales and service oriented background preferred.
o Knowledge of tourism, hospitality, or service industries preferred.
• Responsibilities:
o Directly manages 2-3 non-exempt supervisors and 15-20 employees.
o Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees; manages and resolves employee issues and needs.
o Team handles inbound customer service and product questions, suggestively sells and closes tour bookings
o Team Hours: 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days per week
