Unique award-winning, locally-owned, locally-sourced gift shop seeks ambitious,
outgoing, passionate individual to join our team in a Retail Sales/Management
Trainee position.
Preferred candidate will have a curiosity about small business
management and entrepreneurship. Working closely with owners, the
selected candidate will have the opportunity to hone a variety of
business skills including sales, inventory management, human resources,
social marketing, guest relations, promotion, and more!
Desired Qualifications
• College degree or related experience, 2 years desired
• Experience with staff management and customer service
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Proficient with the use of a POS system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Schedule will include weekends and some evenings
