Quiz
Once Quiz shell has been created, it is time to create questions.
Step 2: Create Questions
1. Click on Quiz 1 link
2. To add/create questions, click Edit quiz button.
3. The Question Bank opens. To continue, select Create a new question… button.

4. In Choose a question type to add, select the first type of question.
TRUE / FALSE QUESTION
1. Select True/False and click Next.

2. Fill out the information for True/False question.

MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION
1. Click Create a new question… button.
2. Choose a question type to add menu opens.
3. Select Multiple Choice and click Next.
4. Fill out the information for Multiple Choice question.

Question Text: Quiz question
Default Mark: 1 (this question is worth 1 point)
One or Multiple Answers?: One answer only

Choice 1 Answer: add answer
If this answer is correct, select 100% in Grade drop-down menu.
Choice 2 Answer: add answer
If this answer is incorrect: keep None selected in Grade drop-down menu.

Choice 4 Answer: add answer
If this answer is incorrect: keep None selected in Grade drop-down menu.
Add information (optional) for Combined feedback, Settings for multiple tries, Hints and Tags.
When complete, click Save Changes.
The question is now added to the Quiz 1 Questions category

SHORT ANSWER
1. Click Create a new question… button.
2. Choose a question type to add menu opens.
3. Select Short Answer and click Next.

Question Name: Short Answer
Question Text: Quiz question
Default Mark: 1 (this question is worth 1 point)
Case Sensitivity: No, case is unimportant

Fill out Answer 1 and select the Grade (100%)
When complete, Save Changes.
The question is now added to the Quiz 1 Questions category.

ESSAY
1. Click Create a new question… button.
2. Choose a question type to add menu opens.
3. Select Essay and click Next.

Default Mark: 1 (this question is worth 1 point)
Fill out the rest of the fields: response format, input box size, allow attachments, information for graders
and tags.
