Request must be submitted to the Extension Office at least one month before advertising the proposed fundraising
event. See the Club Treasurer’s Book or website (under Volunteer/Forms) for the Fundraising Worksheet and
Report. Note that 15% of the profits of all fundraisers now goes to the McKean County 4-H Endowment
Fund to ensure that 4-H continues in our county in the future.

project may be sold as long as the guidelines for
producers found on page 7-6 are followed.
Groups selling fruits and vegetables from other
sources must ensure the organization reputable,
such as Sunkist. No reselling of food items
purchased from truck farms and informal
establishments will be approved. Consumers must
