II. Academic Assessment
Report on your assessment activities during the past year. Include the following elements:
A. Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)

B. Assessment of Student Learning Outcomes
i. Identify specific SLOs assessed and how data were collected for each one.
ii. Summarize data results (include any criteria or rubrics used to analyze the data).
C. Closing the Loop
i. Describe program changes implemented or planned based on the SLO assessment
(e.g., changes to SLOs, curriculum, student orientation, course assignments, faculty
development, pedagogy, etc.).

ii. Describe program assessment strategies for the coming year, emphasizing any
enhancements (e.g., SLOs to be assessed, new rubric development, data collection methods
planned, etc.).
III. Persistence & Graduation Patterns
Each program has the option to use enrollment pattern data provided by the University or to use
locally generated data for 2012-13.
A. Analyze and describe any differences from past years regarding:
i. Persistence Patterns– The number or percentage of students who continued from term to
term over the last year.
ii. Graduation Patterns – The number or percentage of program completers within the last
year within 200% of normal time.
B. Report program changes and plans as a result of the enrollment data analysis.
IV. Other Program Updates
A. Describe any additional changes since the last Annual Program Review beyond what has been
addressed above (e.g., concentrations/specializations, faculty/staffing, program delivery,
student demographic profile, etc.).
B. For programs that have completed Antioch University Comprehensive Program Reviews or
other comprehensive assessment/planning processes, please describe:
i. Progress on the goals set in the most recent comprehensive program review,
ii. Major challenges and
