RUBRIC FOR SRS PORTFOLIO
You will be given a college application; you will have to fill it out and do what the application requires.
You will then need to ask one of your teachers for a recommendation letter. You will also write a small
autobiography of your life. It all needs to be put in a pocket folder and turned in.
College application and all that it asks for-34 points
Recommendation letter-33 points
Autobiography- 33 points
