Potato Disease Control Program

An exit meeting was held with the legislative auditors on February 29, 2012 to
review and discuss their conclusions.

The management letter was received March 9, 2012.

The university is developing a response for submittal to Legislative Audit by the
established deadline of March 22, 2012.

The response will be used to determine if report changes are necessary prior to
presentation of the report to the legislative budget and audit committee in late
March.

There will be another opportunity for university response after the legislative
budget and audit committee reviews the report.
